Shipping policy

Every item at Chick and Cock is printed and packed on demand. There is no warehouse of pre-made stock. Here is what to expect.

3.1 Production time

3–8 business days before your order ships. Most orders finish production in 4–5 business days. Larger orders (5+ items) tend toward the higher end.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Total estimated delivery = production time + shipping time.

3.2 Shipping time (after production)

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 6–12 business days
United Kingdom, EU, Australia: 7–15 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates based on standard carrier performance. Actual delivery may take longer during peak seasons (November–January), during severe weather, or when local carrier disruptions occur.

3.3 Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and cart weight. Free standard shipping on US orders $50 and up. International free-shipping thresholds vary by destination.

3.4 Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your package. If you have not received tracking within 8 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email hello@chickandcock.com.

3.5 Duties, taxes, and VAT

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes collected by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping price shown at checkout.

Approximate examples (subject to change):

UK: VAT (20%) + customs duty on orders over £135
EU: VAT (varies by country, typically 19–25%) on all imports
Canada: GST/PST + duty may apply
Australia: GST (10%) on orders over AU$1,000

We do not have visibility into your country’s duty schedule and cannot estimate the exact fee.

3.6 Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide exactly as entered. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, see Return Policy §2.5 for reshipment options.

3.7 PO Boxes and APO/FPO

We can ship to most US PO Boxes and to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Delivery to these addresses may take longer than street-address delivery and some carrier tracking events may not update.
